Einsatzgebiete

Radial-Wellendichtringe (WDR) werden zur drucklosen Abdichtung rotierender Wellen bis ca. 35 m/s eingesetzt. In Einzelfällen kann max. 0,5bar bis zu 2,8 m/s erlaubt werden.

Die Dichtlippe kann zum Medium nach innen (z.B. Lager oder Getriebe) oder als Schmutz- und Staubabdichtung nach außen angeordnet werden.

Montage

WDR nach DIN 3760 werden in axial offene Aufnahmebohrungen eingepresst. (Nicht eingeschlagen!) Welle und Gehäuse müssen gerundete, ausreichende Einbaufasen haben.
