Beschreibung
Die explosionssicheren Be- und Entlüftungshauben werden als Deflagrationsendsicherungen oder bei entsprechender Konstruktion als dauerbrandsichere Armaturen bezeichnet.
Die brennbaren Gase können ungehindert aus dem Behälter ausströmen bzw. atmosphärische Luft kann ungehindert einströmen. Das Eindringen von Regen, Schmutz und Fremdkörpern wird mit einer Abdeckhaube verhindert. Dabei schützt die integrierte Sicherung vor einem Flammenrückschlag in den Behälter.
